James A. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology at the University of Oregon.
Following service in the United States Navy, Mr. Green joined the Eugene Police Department in 1976. He served in various positions until 1988. From 1988 to 1990, he trained in forensic document examination at the Eugene Police Department and later at the U.S. Postal Inspection Laboratory. He worked as a forensic document examiner at the Eugene Police Department until 2000, when he retired and entered private practice. His practice remains located in Eugene, Oregon. |
Prior to his election as President of the ASQDE, Mr. Green served the Society as Vice President, Secretary, and as a Director.
He is a Fellow of the Questioned Document Section of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. He is also a member of the Southwestern Association of Forensic Document Examiners. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners. |
