ASQDE Conferences

ASQDE Annual Meetings

Visit the 2026 ASQDE Conference page for information on this year's event.

ASQDE Conferences are typically held each August in different cities ranging across the United States and Canada.

In accordance with the ASQDE's educational mission, members and invited guests from all over the world come together at our annual meetings for:

  • Workshops (half-day or full-day).
  • Panel discussions.
  • Poster displays.
  • Research presentations.
  • Exhibitor show.
  • Trainee breakout session (for qualified trainees and junior examiners).
  • Annual banquet and reception.

ASQDE Members volunteer to serve in the roles of program or site chair to create a memorable program and experience for attendees to network and learn from each other's experiences.

Non members may request an invitation from a Regular, Life or Corresponding ASQDE member they know, or they can submit a request (along with a professional CV) to the ASQDE Secretary for consideration.

Current university students and those participating in FDE training programs are also welcome to request an invitation to attend at a special low rate.

Proceedings from past meetings are available only to ASQDE members.
