Ms. Tolliver received a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Indiana State University and a Masters of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University.
She was employed in the Laboratory Division of the Indiana State Police from 1975 until her retirement in 2011. She worked as a forensic document examiner from 2012 until she retired from private practice in 2019. |
Ms. Tolliver became a Regular Member of the Society in 1990. Prior to her election as president, she served as secretary and vice president.
She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Document Examiners, a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and a member of the Midwestern Association of Forensic Scientists. She is the author of a number of published articles and professional papers. Ms. Tolliver is a Life Member of the ASQDE. She continues to serve the Society as the ASQDE Resource Center Curator. |
