ASQDE 84th Annual Conference

Virtual Conference
August 17-20, 2026

REGISTER NOW!

The 2026 conference theme is “Facing Challenges Head On,” emphasizing how overcoming difficulties has strengthened our field throughout the years.

From its early days relying on subjective opinion, the forensic document discipline has evolved into a rigorous scientific practice with standardized meth-odologies, advanced technologies, and professional organizations that promote continual scientific advancement.

The ASQDE is proud to be a leader in this pursuit, making our discipline an indispensable pillar within the scientific community and the judicial system.

Workshops and presentations

We are planning to feature four half-day workshops, two of which will focus on different aspects of artificial intelligence (AI) as it relates to Forensic Document Examination. There will also be a signature workshop and a hand printing workshop focusing specifically on the examination of handprinted items.

The half-day session is reserved for technical paper presentations, and your participation is encouraged and greatly appreciated.

A breakout workshop for trainees and junior examiners (training completed within the past two years) is also planned.

Abstracts will be due by May 1, 2026, accepted only via our online form.
