​The 2023 ASQDE conference will be held at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, with special room rates offered at two nearby hotels for attendees.

This theme is a chance to explore the full capabilities of our field, to delve into topics and techniques that are more uncommon, and to discuss new and ongoing challenges that are becoming more commonplace.

Abstracts for presentations, posters and workshops are accepted only via the online form and are subject to review for content and available space on the program.

No further abstracts are accepted; the program is full.

NON-MEMBERS:
How to request a guest invitation:

• Contact an ASQDE Member who is familiar with your work and ask them to request an invitation on your behalf. 
• If you have attended three prior ASQDE meetings without participating, you will receive a conditional invitation that requires you to submit an abstract and your final presentation in order to attend the meeting.
• If you do not know an ASQDE Member, you can request an invitation at the button below. It will require you to upload a PDF of your current Curriculum Vitae. Your request will be reviewed by the ASQDE Executive Committee.

Approved guests will receive the invitation by email and may register for the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests who have not been approved for an invitation may not register for the meeting.

Exhibitor Show

The Exhibitor Show will run from Monday afternoon August 7 through Wednesday afternoon, August 9.  

This year, the Exhibitor Show will offer four levels of sponsorship: Diamond, Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Check the exhibitor registration form for details and to pay your non-refundable deposit by June 1 to secure your space. Payment in full must be received by July 10. 

NOTE: Bronze Level sponsors may register without a deposit; full payment due by July 10.
