AGM 2023 Theme: Pushing Boundaries: A Look into the Unusual, Uncommon and Unexpected in QD

​A chance to explore the full capabilities of our field, to delve into topics and techniques that are more uncommon, and to discuss new and ongoing challenges that are becoming more commonplace. 


​The 2023 ASQDE conference will be held at John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, with special room rates offered at two nearby hotels for attendees.

​Scientific sessions will be held in a John Jay College lecture hall, with nearby rooms hosting the Vendor Show and breakout sessions. 

The catered reception and banquet will be held on-site as well. 

Attendees can reserve sleeping rooms at special rates at two nearby hotels, conveniently located for visitors to NYC.

Submit an abstract
The theme for the 2023 AGM is Pushing Boundaries: A Look into the Unusual, Uncommon and Unexpected in QD. This theme is a chance to explore the full capabilities of our field, to delve into topics and techniques that are more uncommon, and to discuss new and ongoing challenges that are becoming more commonplace.

Abstracts for presentations, posters and workshops will be accepted through May 1, 2023 via the online form only.  

​The abstract submission period will open in early January 2023.
Request a guest invitation
NON-MEMBERS:
How to request a guest invitation:
  • Contact an ASQDE Member who is familiar with your work and ask them to request an invitation on your behalf. 
  • If you have attended three prior ASQDE meetings without participating, you will receive a conditional invitation that requires you to submit an abstract and your final presentation in order to attend the meeting.
  • If you do not know an ASQDE Member, you can complete this Non-Member Request for Guest Invitation form, which will require you to upload a PDF of your current Curriculum Vitae. Your request will be reviewed by the ASQDE Executive Committee.
Approved guests will receive the invitation by email and may register for the meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests who have not been approved for an invitation may not register for the meeting.

NOTE: The reservation links include pre-set dates of Aug. 5 for check-in and Aug. 10 for check-out that you can edit before checking for availability.  If you get a message of "no availability" try changing the dates. If you still are unable to make a reservation, email us.

Exhibitor Show
The Exhibitor Show will run from Monday afternoon August 7 through Wednesday afternoon, August 9.  Exhibitor registration forms will be posted by early February 2023.
