How do I log in to see the Journal?
Bookmark this link to log in, or click on the "Subscriber Log in" button above. When you click it, you should see the Journal cover with log-in fields (see image). Do I need a password?
If you provided an email address to use as your log-in, you'll enter that email address and the password we will provide you in an email sent when the issue is released. You can save the password for easy log in; do not re-set it. If you provided an IP address for access when you ordered, no password is needed. |
When will I get online access to the Journal?
When a new issue is released, you will receive an email (at the contact email address you provide in your order) letting you know the issue is online and reminding you how to access it. What if my log-in doesn't work? Just before the release of each issue, the prior subscriber files are deleted and the updated subscriber file is loaded. Sometimes that gap will prevent you from logging in. Soon after the issue is released, an email is sent to all current subscribers notifying them the issue is ready and how to log in. If you have received the email but cannot log in, contact us for help troubleshooting. If you have not received that email, that means either the issue is late or we don't have a renewal on file for you. Please email us. Where is my print copy? The last printed copy of the Journal of the ASQDE will be the December 2022 issue. Subscribers who purchased a 2022 print+online subscription will be notified by email when that issue is released (available online) and shipped. Please allow two to six weeks (for overseas delivery) to receive it. If you still have not received it, please make a claim (see section below). |
