Location and Dates

The 70th Annual General Meeting of the ASQDE will be held at the Doubletree Guest Suites Charleston-Historic District, Charleston, South Carolina, from Saturday, August 18 through Thursday, August 23, 2012. 

Charleston is a city with much to offer, including fine dining, historical buildings, and sightseeing tours all in close proximity to the Doubletree.  Charleston was voted "Top City in the United States" in the 2011 Conde Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards.

Hotel Reservations

• You can make your reservations  by either calling the hotel directly at 877-408-8733 or through the Doubletree Guest Suites website.
• Use the group code ASQ. The list of hotel guests registered through the ASQ code will be compared to a list of those registered for the meeting.
• Room rates for single or double occupancy is $129.00 (plus tax), which is also available for three days before and after the dates of the meeting.
• The cut-off date for room registrations is Tuesday, July 24, 2012.
• We highly recommend that you make your reservations early.

Traveling to Charleston

Charleston International Airport (code CHS) is serves by six airlines (Delta, American, Continental, United, US Airways, and Southwest Airlines).

Non-stop flights are available from 12 cities including Atlanta, D.C., New York, Houston, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Charlotte, and Detroit.

Travel from the airport to the hotel can be made by shuttle (about $12) or taxi (about $29).
