Meeting Theme

   Thie meeting theme for this year is Demonstrative Science: Illustrating Findings in Reports and Court Testimony.  Two panel discussions are planned around this theme.

Program Notes

   The deadline for abstracts is May 1.  Abstracts must be submitted using the online submission form.  More information is available on the Program Page.

Site Information

   The 2013 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Indianapolis - Downtown. Please read the Site Page to find important information about hotel registration, hotel rates, and links to websites about Indianapolis.

Important Dates

• The deadline for submission of abstracts is May 1, 2013.
• The deadline for trainee funding applications is May 31, 2013.
• Papers must be submitted to the ASQDE Executive Assistant by July 1, 2013.
• Early registration for the meeting ends on July 8, 2013.
• Hotel reservations at the conference rate may be made until July 23, 2013.
• Late registration for the meeting ends on August 9, 2013.  Afterwards, registration is at the door rate.
• The ASQDE meeting begins on August 24, 2013.

Exhibitor Information

   A list of companies exhibiting at the 2013 AGM will be posted to Exhibitor Information Page. Important forms for the exhibitors will be posted there.

Guest Invitations

   The ASQDE meeting is by invitation only.  The Secretary will issue a guest invitation, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, upon the request of a Regular, Life, or Corresponding Member.

   Members of the ASQDE can request a guest invitation at the Guest Invitation Page.  An ASQDE member password is required to access the guest invitation page.
